Seattle School District No. 1, King County, Washington, will conduct a public hearing regarding a proposal under consideration by the School Board to declare surplus and authorize the sale of the residential property located at 3020 East Yesler Way, Seattle, WA 98112.

The School Board will hold a public hearing on this proposal on June 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at Leschi Elementary School, 135 32nd Ave., Seattle, WA 98122. Any person may appear at the hearing and be heard for or against the proposed sale. Additional information about the proposal is available at:
