How I Got Into Education: I’ve worked with Seattle Public Schools for the past 10 years, including as an instructional assistant and in college and career centers. Through that work and my time in classrooms, I realized I wanted to make a bigger impact by having my own classroom and becoming a full-time teacher.
Hobbies: Working out, cooking, watching movies with my family, reading

Hobbies: Spending time with my children, snuggling with our chiweenie Bobby, long walks and working in my container garden. 

How I Got Into Education: This is my 12th year at Leschi Elementary School. I started in the main office in 2014 and transitioned to the classroom in 2018. I have been teaching 4th grade for 9 years.

Hobbies: Gardening, reading, watching movies

About Me: I have a daughter who is a Leschi alum and is currently going into 9th grade at Cleveland High School.

How I Got Into Education: I discovered my passion for teaching later in my career journey. Since 2015, I’ve worked in Seattle Public Schools as a tutor, Special Education Instructional Assistant, and Certificated Special Education Teacher.
Hobbies: Camping and hiking with my family, reading, solving New York Times puzzles, and exploring the Pacific Northwest
